10 Natural Tips for Glowing Skin

Pollution, stress and lack of sleep: the skin is quickly prone to greyness! To cleanse the epidermis and regain it's good looks, by using natural skin lightening products and natural home remedies.

10 Natural Tips for Glowing Skin

1. WATER TO HYDRATE

To get oxygen, the skin needs intense hydration. So, we set the rule to drink eight glasses of water during the day ... And we are no exception!

2. GRAPES TO SMOOTH

Once a week, the epidermis is exfoliated to remove dead cells and thoroughly cleanse the skin. For this, we extract the seeds from a bunch of grapes. These are rubbed against the skin of the face and neck with circular movements. The complexion is immediately even and radiant.

3. ROSEWATER TO HOMOGENIZE

After having perfectly removed make-up, soak two pieces of cotton of rose water and tap on the whole face. As well suited to dry skin as to oily skin, rose water is renowned for its invigorating and purifying properties. Guaranteed boost!

4. TEA FOR THE EYES

If we drink at will to hydrate the body, tea is also our ally to relax the look and soften the eye area. Two chamomile tea bags are left on the eyelids for five minutes for optimal decongestant effect. Chamomile is preferred for its anti-inflammatory virtue.

5. TOMATOES FOR STAINS

Tomato puree is applied to the face to make the redness disappear and reduce spots. These fruits also help us get rid of dead skin and refine the skin texture.

6. HONEY FOR PORES

We mix three spoons of honey with a little lemon juice to smooth out irregularities in the skin. To optimize the penetration of the mask, we take a steam bath which opens the pores. They are thus less marked and the skin appears clearer.

7. TARGETED NUTRITION

We limit our consumption of alcohol (no more than one glass of wine per day), known to dilate blood vessels and mark the skin irreversibly. We do not eat too much fat (cold meats, fast food ...) to avoid a breakout of pimples. On the other hand, fish is recommended for its fatty acids which promote cell renewal. Foods rich in carotene (carrots, apricots, etc.) are also known to give radiance to the skin.

8. ESSENTIAL OILS AS BOOSTERS

In a spray bottle, a few drops of essential oils are mixed with water to create a regenerating fluid. We choose sandalwood or bergamot oils for their moisturizing properties. The product is sprayed several times a day to soften the skin and protect it from pollution.

9. CLAY TO PURIFY

Oily-prone skins often lack radiance due to the shine. To rebalance, two tablespoons of pink clay are mixed with the juice of half a lemon. The whole is left to stand for a quarter of an hour before rinsing with clear water. And we avoid at all costs the green clay which is too aggressive for the skin.

10. PARSLEY AGAINST BLACKHEADS

Sometimes the skin may be darkened in places due to a concentration of blackheads. To eliminate them, pass parsley juice over the areas to be treated. Once rinsed, pat with a lemon slice. The skin is then cleansed and radiant.
